Ash Wednesday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School

The school community at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School were very fortunate to attend an Ash Wednesday liturgy in the gym, presented by M. Cavaliere’s class.  All classroom teachers at St. Thomas Aquinas gave their students time to discuss and reflect upon their own Lenten journey and ways in which we can demonstrate our gratitude to Jesus for all he gave to us.  

Beginning Lent together as a community adds reverence, importance and true meaning to this very important season of forgiveness, thankfulness and service to others.  Thank you to our Grade 8 presenters who gave their time to prepare the liturgy and lead us in prayer and contemplation.
