DCDSB and OECTA Durham Elementary Teachers’ Unit Announce Tentative Agreement

Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) is pleased to announce that it has reached a tentative settlement for a renewed collective agreement with the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association (OECTA) Durham Elementary Unit. OECTA Durham Elementary represents the board’s permanent elementary teachers.

The details of the Memorandum of Settlement remain confidential and are subject to local ratification by the OECTA Durham Elementary membership and the DCDSB Board of Trustees.

The DCDSB remains committed to working closely with all partners to provide outstanding Catholic education to approximately 22,500 elementary and secondary students in Durham Region, as well as thousands of adult and continuing education learners.
